Paris Theme for Codex

The Codigrate Paris theme for Codex. Preview the screenshot and the palette, then get it in a few steps.

Inspired by elegant boulevards and Paris's sunset glow, this dark theme trades bright champagne for dusty rose accents over calm plum-espresso tones and soft dark editor backgrounds. Mauve surfaces and wine-tinted hovers add depth and balance while focus stays clear, with a gentle blush accent guiding attention across the interface.

A dark theme from the Codigrate Cities collection, released 2026-01-05. Tags: Romantic, Elegant, Sunset.

Getting started on Codex

  1. Download the theme with the Download button. It is one file named after the theme, for example codigrate-london.tmTheme; keep the name as is.
  2. Move the file into your Codex themes folder, ~/.codex/themes/. If the folder is not there yet, create it in a terminal: mkdir -p ~/.codex/themes
  3. In Codex, type /theme and pick the theme from the list, for example codigrate-london.
  4. Codex keeps your terminal's background: for the full look, set your terminal's background to the theme's own.
