Start from a single color and a harmony scheme, from an image, from one of the 23 Codigrate theme palettes, or from a random seed. The palette lives in the address bar as its hex codes, so it can be shared, bookmarked and reopened exactly as it was. Click a tile to edit a color, drag to reorder, add or remove tiles as you go.
Every color is analyzed on the page: its channels in RGB, HSL, HSV, CMYK, OKLCH and the nearest RAL Classic, the harmony of the set, its tints, shades and tones, its warmth, and how it reads to people with a color vision deficiency. Everything is computed in your browser and nothing is uploaded. The same palette can become a gradient or a wallpaper with one click.

- How many colors can a palette have?
- From two to ten. Harmony schemes have their own floor: split complementary and triadic need at least three colors, tetradic four. Add or remove tiles with the plus and minus on the palette.
- How do I get a palette from an image?
- Choose From Image in the generator menu and pick a picture. Its dominant colors are extracted in your browser and become the palette; the image never leaves your device.
- Can I use these palettes in my projects?
- Yes. Every palette is free for personal and commercial work, with no sign in and no attribution. Copy the hex codes or the CSS, or hand the palette to the gradient and wallpaper tools.
- What do the harmony schemes mean?
- Complementary pairs a color with its opposite on the wheel, split complementary uses the two colors beside that opposite, triadic spaces three colors evenly, tetradic four, analogous takes close neighbours, monochrome keeps one hue at different lightness, and warm and cool stay on one side of the wheel.
